His work focuses on financial planning, cash flow management, and developing the financial infrastructure that allows the organization to operate efficiently while continuing to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with his young family and is an avid amateur race car driver who often spends weekends at the track.
