Dr. Terrell Swanson, Medical Director
Dr. Terrell Swanson brings 16 years of experience as an acute care specialist, including work in level one and two trauma centers, providing him with unparalleled expertise in cosmetic facial repairs. A former core faculty physician and published author, Dr. Swanson now focuses on serving the Jacksonville and St Johns community. He’s a certified expert injector by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father of three, with a passion for wilderness medicine and exploring national parks with his family.
Recia Swanson, Registered Nurse
Recia Swanson, RN, is a highly skilled nurse with 15 years of experience, including critical roles in trauma and emergency departments. Now dedicated to aesthetics, she is passionate about helping others feel and look their best. Recia is a certified acne specialist and aspires to be the best skincare specialist possible. She is a devoted wife and mother, and in her free time, she enjoys creating custom cakes (Dessert Swan) and exploring new cultures through travel. Recia is working towards becoming an esthetics instructor and a nurse practitioner.
Casey Bedard, Physician Assistant
Casey Bedard, PA, is a Northeast Florida native with a deep commitment to serving her community. With degrees from the University of Florida and Daemen College, Casey transitioned from emergency medicine to aesthetics in 2021. She holds advanced injector certifications and is a certified ZO® Skin Health skincare expert. Casey is highly experienced with lasers, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators. She prioritizes patient education as the foundation of a trusting relationship. Outside of work, Casey enjoys exercising, church, and spending time with her husband and three children.
Dee White, Practice Manager
Dee White is an accomplished spa manager with a passion for cultivating wellness and enhancing client well-being. With extensive experience in spa and wellness operations, Dee excels at delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a nurturing environment where clients feel rejuvenated. She is dedicated to curating personalized experiences that promote holistic health—physical, mental, and emotional. Dee’s leadership and commitment to excellence inspire her team to provide top-tier service, making her an invaluable asset to New Beauty Co. Aesthetics. A lifelong Floridian, Dee enjoys boating, refinishing furniture, and hosting gatherings with her husband, Neal, and their neighbors and family.
Courtney Myers, Fractional Chief Financial Officer
Courtney Myers serves as the Fractional Chief Financial Officer for New Beauty, guiding the practice’s financial strategy and operational growth. With a background in accounting and strategic finance, he brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to building strong financial foundations and supporting long-term success.
Norma Palecek, Client Service Specialist
Norma Palecek is a detail-oriented Client Service Specialist dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences. With a background in the cosmetic and dermatology industry, Norma is passionate about all things beauty. As the first point of contact at New Beauty Co. Aesthetics, she is committed to making lasting positive impressions and ensuring seamless daily operations.
